The demographic downturn and the poverty many families and children are experiencing have us sincerely concerned and looking for solutions. Former MEP Helmut Geuking and Familien Partei- our partner in organising this special event- have put forward in the European Parliament a proposal for a universal child allowance, an initiative ECPM fully supports.
